This is especially important if you are outside the country, and in a city that are not familiar with. My friend and I wereHolidays in Quebec City once, and we have the name of the "forgotten hotel we were at. Luckily he found a business card from the property in her handbag, so we could tell the driver where to take us.

Do not forget to bring your phone with you. Even if you do not plan to use it, hold it with only in an emergency.

No matter what you do is a great idea to bring water in bottles. It is much cheaper, just to bring water and fill it with water fountains, instead of paying full price every time you thirsty.

Many major museums offer free admission on certain days of the week. Go online and see if one of the museums of the city you plan to visit during these days at a reduced price.
