Coach
Lanna Thai has eight full-time coach, three part-time as the owner, a trainer is the farang. In addition, two of them long-term foreign fighters were among them a woman to help themselves with new students. Each of the coaches have their own fighters who are working with them, but all fighters train with different coaches. Lanna gives everyone the opportunity to work with many different trainers to find their favorites, and theythe experience of different styles. The trainers are all full-time to field at least five days a week some of us are here seven days a week.
The average class size can vary from morning to afternoon weekend with 5 people mid-week with 40 people. The constant hunt, there are always people Training for the fight, even on Sundays. Lanna sometimes can be a lot of fighters have competeing at the same time, the field is the scene of intense training. Even during peaceful times, it can befind someone still in training gym, hard!

I have seen many gyms plan that only about 2 to 2.5 hours including training. Lanna sessions go for about four hours. The result is in excellent physical shape very quickly. It is also very important, and overlooked the fact that the meetings include a heating and cooling stretch. This helps to prevent accidents and help in your recovery time.
Fight
Lanna is usually have than about 2 fights in the week field. ASometimes it can take up to four sessions per week. One question I have the box, and in particular the manner in which they asked if anyone is willing to fight has been contacted. I wanted to know whether it was necessary to spend a certain amount of time on the field, or were there other means clustering evaluating this. Here is how Lanna determines whether someone is ready to fight. The field will decide whether a person has the experience or the ability to enter the ring to fight with the first workout. If youStruggle against a new or first time is the only criterion is the will and determination in your heart, not only a need to go in the ring, but instead the efforts in training and in about 1-2 months of training, a basic level of fitness basic techniques and you can have your first fight.
Office / Administration
There are a few of violence, how can I determine here. First, there is a school farang ownership and the owner Andy (who is also a trainer)Handles all correspondence. It is always a benefit, a person responsible for the western handle any problems that may occur, in my opinion have. One example is the speed with Andy returned my e-mail when I'm with other questions that I had contacted on the field. His answer was the same day and was very detailed. Andy also seems quite willing to help guests with all services that are necessary to enjoy their time to organize tours to be found accommodation. These smalldoes not go unnoticed and would be an advantage in determining whether Lanna to join the field of law is to give.
Website
Lanna has a website full of information. The format of the page is not too flashy or complicated. It is easy to name, and there are more than enough information about the site and the history of Muay Thai training techniques and a section of frequently asked questions. A disadvantage is that the site has no pictures of the gym.Furthermore, would the addition of a forum on the website would be nice, as it requires the field and potential students to communicate with each other.
Extracurricular
There are many things to do around the area when no training. The camp is located at the foot of a mountain for trekking and mountaineering activities are among the first that comes to mind. There is also a famous temple called the temple of Chiang Mai Doi Suthep, which has 304 stepsreach the summit. Other activities desk Elephant, blues and jazz bars, golf courses and night bazzar.
Uniqueness
I asked Andy makes the area unique. Why would anyone chose Lanna on another field. He had a great response. Here is what he said:
"Consistency. We are not different from any other Muay Thai Gym in Thailand. We live our lives training for the same thing, to fight every week in local stadiums and festivals, the big cityand abroad, where it pretty well. There are different because we have strong support from the outside, we had several long-term fight, two years or more foreign fighters to stay with us and many of our students, or not, year after year come to spend time training and life in the Camp. Muay Thai is the family, and we have a big family after our 15 years together. When it comes to training, we provide a good basic technique and understanding of what is being done, and the possibility ofExperience and (perhaps) live the life of a Muay Thai fighter. "
I must tell you that sounds great to me. I love the fact that people come into the camp again and again. This is always a good sign. He also hit a lot of forums and always heard good things about Lanna, which is promising.
