Goats on the runway

I have strange experiences Indian Airlines (the airline to the government high-quality Air India) had. Their fleet, when I flew with them were a group of old and beaten Boeing 737Õs. However, there is a sense of trust with the drivers: they were warriors Sheik, after all, and if you feel that something is wrong with the parties knew the mechanics of what they do with their hammers. These bombers were half-war, half the passengersIn other words. And most of all the statistics for accidents involving Indian Airlines are just somewhere else.

I remember the time in Bangkok, where the terminal for eight hours on board waiting. No one told us why, that was all right. Finally, the flight was canceled and we were thrown in a big way for one of the best hotels in Bangkok, where a sumptuous meal with all the amenities. The day after the plane was ready to go, and I asked one of the ground staffProblem was. It was a crack in one of the windows of the cockpit, so they had a fly again. The first was the wrong side and the right one came this morning. That was all that to say I could think of.

The flight to Calcutta was like a big party. There was bottle after bottle of expensive Scotch everywhere. We have also kept her bottle and I was in India for the first time drunk.

Another time, we have in Trivandrum for nearly two hours on the plane stuckTake-off and landing strip. The air conditioning was not working properly and passengers have always been very irritable. Finally, after the start of the pilot apologized for the delay and explained that had a herd of goats somehow get through the fence and were to walk along the route. Know India was probably the work of the pastor to single them out!
